KImchiPeople have been fermenting food for thousands of years. Take a look around your kitchen and you’ll find plenty of pre-fermented foods around. Cheese,  Yoghurt, Gherkins or pickled veg, Sour-dough bread are just a few to name. Look in your wine rack – even wine and beer are fermented! A healthy gut is one of the key factors in your over-all health, and eating fermented foods plays a huge role in maintaining a healthy microbiome. Learn the importance of healthy digestion and healing foods.

In this hands on workshop you’ll make three jars of fermented goodies which you get to take home with you.

Cost: $75.00. Maximum of 6 people

A jar each of your own Sauerkraut, Kimchi and Pickled Vegetables
